FAQ

What kinds of t-shirts are the designs printed on?
All Roobrics designs are printed on 100% cotton, tag free tees and are machine washable and dryable. Follow label instructions. Be kind to them.
 
 
What printing process is used to print shirts?
  All t-shirts are individually hand-screen printed artist originals and each shirt is one-of-a-kind and unique. Roobrics uses professional grade permanent water-based inks to ensure long lasting colors and great quality for our designs.
 
 
Are t-shirts made in bulk or printed on a demand basis?
T-shirts have a 72-hour turn around time. Instead of Printing hundreds of shirts and storing them for long periods of time, Roobrics likes to print small quantities and sometimes we print only on demand, when a design is ordered. You don't want a shirt that's been lying around for years, and we don't want to keep them around either. Sometimes we have a fresh shirt in stock printed recently and sometimes we have to print it specifically for you. So, it takes us about 72 hours to print, package, and ship any of our items.

What size t-shirts are available?
T-shirts come in Youth and Adult sizes.
Youth sizes come in extra small, small, medium, and large.
Adult sizes come in small, medium, large, extra large, and double extra large.
Ladies sizes come in extra small, small, medium, and large.

What kinds of inks are used to print on shirts?
Roobrics uses professional-grade, permanent water-based inks to ensure long lasting colors and great quality for our designs.

 

Are the shirts machine wash safe?
All shirts are machine wash safe: preferably inside out, with warm or cold water, and on a medium spin cycle.  Remember to use color safe detergents and no bleach.  Shirts are hand-printed individually for quality and a fresh look and feel. Shirts that are treated with care last through many years and many, many gentle bubbly wash cycles. Follow label instructions. Be kind to them.
 

What kind of condition do the artist’s prints come in?
The artists’ prints are professionally printed on demand. You demand by placing your order. We print in-house, and ship to you, Simple! Prints are sent to you flat ready for you to mat and frame.


What kind of methods of payment can I use to pay for an order?
Roobrics is happy to accept most major credit cards: AMERICAN EXPRESS, DISCOVER, MASTERCARD and VISA. PayPal is also available.


Are payments secure and safe?
Oh yes! All your payments are secure and safe with Roobrics. Roobrics will never share or give out your personal information.
You need not worry.


What kind of shipping methods are available?
Roobrics ships ground via FedEx, UPS or USPS.  Depending on the order, Roobrics decides which method is best, quickest and most cost effective for your order.


How much does it cost to ship a purchase?
Since Roobrics decides the shipping method used, Roobrics charges you one flat rate of $3.77 for your entire order.



Do I get charged extra shipping fees when I purchase more than one product?
No, you do not get charged extra for more than one item. The shipping rate is set in stone at $3.77 no matter how many or few items you order. Buy one shirt, the shipping cost is $3.77. Buy a shirt, a print, a button, and then add 3 more shirts to the same order and the shipping charge for the entire order is still $3.77.


How long does it take for an order to arrive?
It usually takes 72 hours during our work week of Monday to Friday to print, process, package, and ship your order.  You will receive a shipment confirmation and tracking number via email.  After the item has shipped it takes 2 - 10 business days for your order to arrive in your hands. The closer you live to NYC, the quicker your order will arrive to you.


Can I track my order?
Yes! You will be provided with a tracking number so you can compulsively check the status, current location and estimated delivery time of your order.



Will I be happy with my order?
If I’m not happy can I return an item?
If for whatever reason you are not happy with Roobrics, we are always happy to assist you and accept a return.
Roobrics’ return policy:
If you are not satisfied with an item for any reason within 30 days of ordering, simply send it back and Roobrics will refund your payment minus our shipping and handling fee.
Products must be in original unused, unworn, and unwashed condition.
